Josh Cohen started his career at PwC. Josh was fortunate to grow and develop his knowledge and underwriting capabilities in the Oil & Gas E&P sector through his advisory work with PDC Energy (NASDAQ:PDCE), and was part of the team that advised PDC Energy through their successful LLP partnership buyback campaign and associated 144-A public debt issuances. Shortly after his advisory engagement, Josh entered into Private Equity, first as a CFO to a construction company. Through a Partner and Platform first approach to business and relationships, Josh has been fortunate enough to advise on over $3.0B in executed debt and equity transactions over the course of his career.
